Refund Policy
Your gift to USA for UNFPA, a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization, supports our lifesaving mission – we thank you! USA for UNFPA considers all donations to be nonrefundable and irrevocable.
However, USA for UNFPA will consider the following extenuating circumstances:

If the donation was made unknowingly, for example in a situation where a donation was made with a stolen or lost card.

If you accidentally entered the wrong amount, or made a duplicate gift.

If you accidentally created a monthly donation when your intention was to make a one-time donation.

If we are unable to honor donor restrictions. USA for UNFPA makes every effort to honor donor-requested restrictions and use donations in a manner consistent with donor-expressed intent; donors can also re-designate their gift to another purpose in these situations.

Other exceptional circumstances.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All refund requests must be made within 90 days of the date of the donation, for one-time or recurring donations. Fraudulent transactions are the exception to this time limit.
Upon receipt of your request, our Donor Care Team is committed to responding within 2 business days. Please note for any approved requests, it may take 10-14 business days for the refund to reach your account.
All refunds are returned using the original method of payment. For example, if you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
