Kristin Lindia is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley, a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, wealth management and investment management services.  Kristin sits in the Mergers & Acquisitions department and is located in New York City.  She has over 20 years of investment banking experience, advising corporate clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate divestitures, financial sponsor sales, minority stake sales and minority investments, Chapter 11 restructuring, defense and activism assignments across a broad range of sectors for clients in all regions.

Kristin received an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary, Canada.
