Over twenty years heading consumer and digital marketing, operations, and acquisition and loyalty, Doris is known for her consumer obsession, strategic transformations, and strong diverse team building. Among her accomplishments, she helped re-establish American Express’ worldwide brand on customer service and usher in their digital transformation. She led NBA efforts to gain a single view of worldwide basketball fans. Most recently at Nike, Doris led corporate efforts in the Direct to Consumer space including Membership and Consumer Loyalty. She redesigned and relaunched Nike’s membership program worldwide.
She is a native New Yorker born to immigrants from Egypt with a deep passion for women’s equity and inclusion efforts. She holds a Masters degree from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University.
